Leahan Fuqua

Leahan Fuqua is a seasoned Global Employee Relations Leader and Human Resources Strategist currently serving as the Corporate Employee Relations Investigations Leader at Amazon. With extensive experience in managing complex employee relations and crisis-oriented issues, they lead a team of direct and indirect reports while consulting with various corporate stakeholders. Previously, Leahan held multiple HR roles at Amazon and other organizations, developing and executing strategies to enhance employee experiences. They hold a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix and are currently pursuing a PhD in the same field at Capella University.
