LeAndra Madalena serves as the President of the Indigenous@ Amazon Employee Resource Group, fostering an inclusive community within Amazon since May 2024. Prior roles include managing health plan infrastructure services at Presbyterian Healthcare Services, leading operations for numerous applications and servers. At Amazon Web Services, LeAndra held multiple data center operations management positions before transitioning to Technical Program Manager in December 2024. Previous experience includes technical support roles at T-Mobile and America Online, along with an extensive background in IT service management at TriCore Reference Laboratories. LeAndra is currently pursuing a degree at Arizona State University, maintaining a GPA of 3.7.
