Leilani Estavan has extensive experience in talent acquisition and operations management, with a focus on strategic hiring, team leadership, and productivity optimization. At Amazon, Leilani served as a Talent Acquisition Manager, implementing hiring strategies and facilitating training, before advancing to General Manager. Previous roles at Amazon included Senior Operations Manager and Area Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing large teams and improving operational efficiency.
