Lena Wu is a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, part of the EU InTech circular economy team since September 2024. Previously, Lena completed an internship with Caltech's NuSTAR Group, where processing NASA's Nuclear Spectroscopic Telescope Array X-Ray observations on the quasar 3C273 contributed to advancements in understanding active galactic nuclei's jet activity. Additionally, during an internship at Gharib Lab, Lena engineered a mechanical model of a swimming bee using SolidWorks and 3D printing techniques. Lena holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Caltech, having completed studies from 2020 to 2024, and graduated from Ithaca Senior High School with a focus on Engineering in 2020.
