Lesley Palfreyman is a Principal UX Designer at Amazon Music, bringing over twenty years of experience in design and user experience. Previously, Lesley held roles as a Senior UX Designer and Researcher at Amazon, where key projects included developing voice interactions for Alexa and launching Amazon Music's free tier. Before Amazon, Lesley worked as a Senior Mobile Designer at Popcrowd Software Inc., directing successful Android app designs, and also served as an Art Director at The Oya Group, leading interactive design projects for major tech companies. Lesley holds a Bachelor of Design in Communication Design with honors from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design and is currently pursuing further studies in Visual Communication and Digital Video.
