Lesly Simmons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement, content programming, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Founder of Dollhouse Project, Lesly created Dollhouse Day, a community playdate initiative. In the role of Head of Community Innovation at Amazon, Lesly focuses on strategic partnerships and engagement for AI/ML initiatives. Previously, as Global Head of Event Programming & Content at Amazon, Lesly developed event content and internal communications. Lesly also led live event programming at Twitter and founded Simmons Creative, a boutique agency collaborating with major brands. Additional experience includes roles at Wells Fargo, American Red Cross, and Bureau of National Affairs, complemented by a Master's degree from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree from The George Washington University.
