Letícia Megale

Letícia Megale is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment leadership and career mentorship. They began their career as an intern at Santos's City Hall and later honed their skills at Amrop 2GET, where they placed executive-level talent across various industries. Having worked in multiple roles within Amazon—from Sr. LATAM Tech Recruiter to Sr. Recruitment Client Lead—Letícia has successfully led recruitment projects and implemented diversity and inclusion strategies. They also served as a LATAM Talent Acquisition Specialist at Google, advising leadership and enhancing recruitment processes across Latin America. Letícia holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal de São Paulo and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from FECAP.
