Lexi Hanks

Lexi Hanks is a communications leader currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Workplace Issues & Culture at Amazon, where they focus on making the company the best employer on Earth. Previously, as a Communications Strategist for NA Customer Fulfillment at Amazon, Lexi led content strategy to engage over 500,000 employees. They also held roles as a Change Management and Communications Manager at Amazon Web Services and a Digital Engagement Specialist in the Mayor's Office for the City of Everett. Lexi is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Latin American Studies from the University of Vermont.
