Lexie Spiro

Lexie Spiro is a Director of Amazon Delivery Experience, where they inspire designers, engineers, business leaders, and customers through their commitment to humility, curiosity, diversity, and urgency in design. Prior to this role, Lexie served as the Head of Design and Research for the Last Mile at Amazon and held various leadership positions at Motorola Solutions, overseeing user experience design for public safety products. Lexie earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Syracuse University, which has laid the foundation for their extensive career in design and innovation.
