Li Lin

Li Lin, PhD, is a People Analytics Manager at Amazon, where they apply quantitative analytic techniques to inform business strategies. They have served as a Researcher/Data Consultant and Lab Coordinator at the University of Oklahoma, and have held instructional roles as an Adjunct Instructor. Previously, Li worked as a People Research Scientist at Meta and in global workforce planning and analytics at PepsiCo, where they developed employee turnover models and tools for pay equity. Li holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Statistics from the University of Oklahoma.
