Lian Neeman

Lian Neeman is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience at Amazon, currently serving as the Director of Global Benefits. Since joining Amazon in 2008, Lian has held various leadership roles, including Director of Software Development for Amazon Benefits, where a new Benefits Tech organization was established to create an integrated experience for employees. Lian also led the People Engine Tech team to develop workforce management products and managed the migration to Workday as a Senior Software Development Manager. Earlier positions included building systems for consumer electronics and overseeing technical teams for Planning and Order Management. Lian started their career with internships at Google and Bloomberg while earning a Computer Science degree from Brown University.
