Liju Thomas

Liju Thomas is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in multiple leadership roles within Amazon and ITC Limited. Currently serving as Director of HR for People eXperience and Technology in India Operations, Liju has also held significant positions overseeing fulfillment centers, corporate functions, and transportation HR. Previously, Liju worked at ITC Limited as Manager of HR for the Southern Region and as HR Manager for the R&D Centre, starting with a foundational role as Assistant Manager HR. Liju holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur, acquired from 2003 to 2005.
