Prior experience includes a decade at Progressive Insurance, where Lillian was a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion HR Process Claims Manager, significantly influencing companywide DEI strategies. Lillian earned a Bachelor of Psychology and Economics with Honors from the University of Chicago.
