Lily Tong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and strategy, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Advertising Research Foundation and as Director of Measurement at Amazon Ads since June 2016. In this role, Lily leads a high-performing team responsible for a diverse portfolio of advertising measurement products. Previous positions include Global Head of Product Implementations at Knewton, where successful launches of adaptive online learning products were achieved, and VP of Product Strategy at Elsevier, where management of a significant B2B and B2C product portfolio took place. Lily's career began with a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, supported by an NSF Graduate Research Fellowship, and includes experience as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and research roles at esteemed institutions such as MIT and Johns Hopkins University.
