Lindsay Tapia

Lindsay Tapia is a seasoned HR Program Manager and Project Manager with extensive experience in human resources and operations. They began their career at Target, where they served as a Human Resource Executive Team Lead and later as Store Director, managing stores with significant annual sales and leading successful team and sales initiatives. Lindsay further developed their expertise at Amazon, where they held various leadership roles, including HR Strategic Programs Manager and HR Manager, overseeing large teams and implementing impactful HR improvements. Lindsay earned a degree in Marketing from Boise State University, completing their studies in 2010.
