Lindsey Morris

Lindsey Morris is an experienced technical recruiter and DEI program manager with a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly within the technology sector. Lindsey began working at Amazon in 2019, progressing from a technical recruiter in the Amazon Development Centre to senior roles focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion across various teams such as Amazon Ads and Amazon Devices & Services in EMEA. Prior to Amazon, Lindsey served as a client services manager and permanent development specialist at Cathcart Associates after a maternity leave period as a principal consultant and senior consultant. Lindsey also has earlier experience as a trade desk assistant at Bunnings New Zealand. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours and a Diploma in Legal Practice from The University of Dundee.
