Linwei Li is a Senior Applied Scientist at Amazon, specializing in LLM pretraining and posttraining. Previously, Linwei worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Zillow and completed an internship there as a Machine Learning Engineer Intern, where they developed a high-performance search engine for legal documents in the mortgage domain. Linwei began their career as a Technology Analyst Intern at JPMorgan Chase & Co., creating a resiliency testing tool for cloud-based applications, and contributed as a Student Researcher at Grab, developing a food image recognition system. Linwei holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Singapore University of Technology and Design, along with an exchange program at the University of California, Berkeley.
