Liqing Zhou

Liqing Zhou is a Principal UX Designer at Amazon, where they lead end-to-end user experience strategy and design for global fulfillment technology. Previously, they served as a Senior UX Designer at Amazon, focusing on stakeholder engagement and UX education. Prior to their roles at Amazon, Liqing was a Lead Interaction Designer at GE Appliances, where they developed IoT-Smart Home UX strategies. They also have experience as a Senior User Experience Designer and UX Manager at Samsung Electronics, contributing to the creation of UI guidelines and leading global UX research. Liqing holds a Master’s degree in User Experience Research from the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts at Arizona State University.
