Lisa Barry

Lisa Barry serves as the Global Head of Human Resources at Amazon since January 2016, overseeing various business lines including Transportation Technology & Services, Finance Operations, and Finance Technology. In this role, Lisa partners with global VPs to scale organizations, drive transformation, and align talent strategy with business growth. Previously, Lisa held HR leadership roles at DST Systems and served as the Organization Development Manager for the City of Kansas City, MO. Lisa's career began at the Missouri Department of Social Services as a Social Service Worker. Lisa holds an MBA in Leadership and Change in Human Systems as well as a BA in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
