Louise Carter

Louise Carter has extensive experience in training, development, and leadership within prestigious organizations. At Lombard International Assurance S.A., from September 2010 to October 2012, Louise focused on identifying knowledge gaps to enhance employee career growth. Transitioning to Amazon in November 2012, Louise held multiple roles, including Program Manager for EU Retail Training, Sr Product Manager for EU Consumer Training, Sr Learning Business Partner for Amazon Logistics, Manager of EU Stores Learning, and Leadership Development Specialist. These positions involved creating structured training curricula, improving onboarding processes, leading teams in learning experience design, and managing large-scale leadership development programs. Louise holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Manchester Business School and a BSc in Psychology from The University of Manchester.
