Luciele Neves has a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from UFU - Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, completed in 2023. Experience includes roles such as Assessora Comercial at Gufo, where responsibilities involved prospecting new consultants and implementing talent acquisition strategies. Luciele also served as an Industrial Intern and later as a Junior PCP Analyst at Laticínio Canto de Minas, focusing on standardizing production processes and managing production orders.
