Lucy Copp is a Change and Continuous Improvement specialist currently working in EU Process Excellence at Amazon. They have previously held various roles, including Project Support Officer and Patient Placement Coordinator at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. Lucy has also served as a Lead Reception Courier for Eurocamp and was a member of the ResLife Team at The University of Hull, focusing on enhancing student engagement and well-being. They earned a First Class MBus in Business Management from the University of Hull.
