Lucy Wei

Lucy Wei is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Amazon, currently focused on growing the company’s top initiatives. Previously, Lucy held roles as an Associate Account Executive and in various capacities at Amazon Ads, where they contributed to brand success through strategic customer engagement. Lucy also served as the Out-of-State Student Agency Director at The University of Texas at Austin Student Government, advocating for the needs of students. Additionally, Lucy has gained extensive experience in public relations and marketing through internships at organizations such as CNN, NBCUniversal, and R/GA, alongside campus leadership roles. Lucy graduated with a Bachelor's in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin and holds a Master's in Management from Georgetown University.
