Luke Chicoine is an experienced economist with a strong background in quantitative research and data analysis. As a Research Affiliate at the IZA - Institute of Labor Economics since February 2012, Luke's work includes producing original research on policy impact using advanced econometric methods. Previously, Luke held positions as Assistant Professor of Economics at Bates College and DePaul University, focusing on curriculum design and original research. A Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics, Luke also has experience with Catholic Relief Services as a Field Coordinator and has worked at Amazon in various economist roles related to Global Talent Management and Marketing Measurement. Luke holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Notre Dame, along with a Master's degree from the same institution and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington.
