Luke Spaine is currently the Head of Sport Programming Operations (Europe, UK) at Amazon, a role they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as the BT Sport Operations Manager at Red Bee Media in 2018 and held the position of Senior Playout Director for BT Sport at Ericsson Broadcast and Media Services from 2013 to 2018. Luke's early career includes leadership roles at red bee media and the BBC, where they were a Senior Playout Director and contributed to the launch of BBC Two HD. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Video Production Cinematography and Film from the Kent Institute of Art and Design, completing their studies in 2003.
