Lynn Xu

Lynn Xu is a Senior Strategy and Business Operations Program Manager focused on Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Amazon. Lynn previously held multiple roles at Amazon, including Operations Manager and Regional Process Engineer, and completed an internship at The Decibels Foundation where they researched grant opportunities and organized a fundraising event. Lynn holds a double major in International Business and Global Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business, along with a minor in Chinese Studies, graduating with a GPA of 3.9. Additionally, Lynn gained practical experience as a District Manager Intern at ALDI US.
