Mackenzie Smith

Mackenzie Smith is currently the RSR Site Leader at Amazon, where they excel in leading teams to achieve outstanding results in fast-paced environments. Previously, Mackenzie served as an Operations Manager at Amazon, overseeing shifts of over 500 associates and developing managers. They also held positions as an Area Manager II and Area Manager, fostering a culture of safety and high performance. Earlier in their career, Mackenzie gained experience in customer service at Target and promoted financial literacy as a Family Resource Management VISTA with AmeriCorps. Mackenzie is pursuing further education at the University of Iowa.
