Magdalena R. is the Head of Sales Technology and Operations at Amazon, bringing over 15 years of experience in operational, product, and sales excellence. They have successfully driven tech-driven initiatives and developed high-performing sales teams at both Amazon and Walmart. Previously, Magdalena held various roles at Amazon, including Operations Manager, Learning and Development, and Chief of Staff to the VP of Amazon Retail. They also served as Director of Supply Chain Operations at Walmart eCommerce and currently pursue a MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, alongside degrees from Harvard Business School and the University of Gdansk.
