Maiko Dai

Maiko Dai (Nakai) is an accomplished Senior Product Manager in Field for Intelligent Talent Acquisition at Amazon, specializing in Interview Preparation & Evaluation and Quality of Hire since September 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Go-to-Market Senior Product Launch Manager at Ring, where leadership of high-visibility product launch workstreams was emphasized, and as Program Manager at Amazon, managing the launch roadmap for Amazon Devices. Maiko has also held various roles at Amazon Web Services, enhancing team performance and operational efficiency through data-driven insights.
