Mami Inoue is a Senior UX Researcher with a decade of user experience research and consulting experience, previously working at Amazon. They possess a strong background in psychology and human-computer interaction, demonstrating an unwavering passion for understanding user behavior to develop intuitive products and meaningful services. Mami's career includes roles as a research assistant at California State University, Northridge, and as a Human Factors Consultant at U'eyes Design Inc., where they managed both local and international projects. Currently, Mami is pursuing a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Human Factors and Applied Psychology at California State University, Northridge.
