Marcel Barth

Marcel Barth is currently a Process Improvement Manager at Amazon Logistics, where they focus on optimizing delivery station operations across multiple countries. Previously, Marcel worked as a Category Associate intern at Wayfair, managing supplier relationships and defining strategic action plans. Marcel also gained experience as a Working Student at Siemens, contributing to the ETCS Trackside Engineering. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Universität Darmstadt, which they completed in 2021.
