Marcella D'Amours

Marcella D'Amours is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in employee relations, recruiting, and HR management. From February 2000 to October 2005, Marcella worked as a Human Resources Specialist at the San Diego Convention Center Corporation, and later served as a Human Resources Generalist at DISH Network. Following this, Marcella took on roles at Jones International University as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and at Nationwide as a Human Resources Specialist. Between November 2010 and June 2012, Marcella held positions in Labor Relations/Employee Relations and as a Recruiting Manager at St. Charles Health System. From January 2018 to September 2019, Marcella was the HR Director at BestMed | Urgent Care | Primary Care, and later served as the Human Resources Manager at The US Oncology Network from January 2015 to December 2018. Currently, since October 2020, Marcella is a Senior Investigator at Amazon, focusing on sensitive HR issues and enhancing workplace policies. Marcella holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Southern Oregon University.
