Marcelo Machado

Marcelo Machado has extensive experience in human resources, having worked in various roles across multiple organizations. Starting with internships at PBH - Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte and AMAS - Associação Municipal de Assistência Social, Marcelo gained foundational skills in social benefits administration and recruitment. A key position as a Human Resources Intern at FPT Industrial involved supporting payroll processes and recruitment activities. After organizing events for Espaço Gourmet Vale do Sol, Marcelo advanced to several human resources management positions at GE Power Conversion, overseeing HR operations, labor relations, and talent development. Currently, Marcelo serves as a Regional HR Manager at Amazon, leading HR strategy and support for fulfillment centers across Brazil, while previously holding roles focused on employee experience and organizational design. Marcelo earned a degree from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
