Marcin Kaniaburka

Marcin Kaniaburka is a Senior Program Manager for Reverse Logistics Quality at Amazon, where they oversee quality processes across multiple European countries. Previously, Marcin held various managerial positions at Amazon, including Interim Senior Operations Manager and Area Manager, leading large teams and implementing performance management and safety training programs. Prior to joining Amazon, Marcin worked as a Raw & Packaging Materials Planner at Unilever and coordinated marketing efforts for the Board of European Students of Technology. Marcin earned both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Management and Production Engineering from AGH University of Science and Technology.
