Mariam ElDeeb is an Investigations Manager with a diverse background in customer service and fraud investigation. They began their career at Vodafone as a Customer Service Representative from 2017 to 2021, before transitioning to Amazon, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Fraud Investigator and Investigations Interim Manager, until 2023. Mariam also served as a UNV volunteer at UNV LTD from 2021 to 2022. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature at Cairo University, in addition to their earlier degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from the Faculty of Arts, completed in 2021.
