Mariam Shaker is currently the Head of Seller Services at Amazon Egypt. Previously, from 2016 to 2018, Mariam held multiple roles at Souq.com, including Key Account Manager for the Mobiles Category, Customer Experience Executive, and Marketplace Account Manager. In the account manager role, Mariam worked closely with marketplace sellers to address pain points and improve business operations. At Amazon, from 2018 to 2020, Mariam served as Existing Seller Management Manager for CE and CL Categories, leading a team and driving growth in seller performance. Mariam is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Cairo University.
