Mark Ellis is a seasoned Global HR Leader with a broad range of experience across notable organizations. From 2003 to 2007, Mark held various leadership roles at L Brands, where they supported HR strategies for over 10,000 associates across multiple brands. Mark went on to work at Honeywell and Stanley Black & Decker, ultimately leading global HR operations at Continental from 2010 to 2015. Since 2020, Mark has served as a Global Human Resources Leader at Meta, currently directing People Experience and Technology at Amazon while pursuing advanced degrees in Human Resource Development and Business Administration at James Madison University.
