Mark Kogan

Mark Kogan is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in health policy and corporate law. Kogan served as Senior Manager and Manager at Ward Circle Strategies from January 2015 to January 2018, followed by a role as Associate General Counsel at the Defense Health Agency from January 2018 to June 2020.
