Mark McHale is currently the Americas Planning Manager in Reliability Maintenance Engineering. With a diverse background, they began their career as a Technical Operator at Seagate Technology from 2006 to 2008, followed by roles as a Computer Aided Design Engineer and Maintenance Planner at Cott Beverages. Mark progressed to Amazon, where they served as a Traditional Planning Manager and later held positions as AMZL Planning Lead and EAM Program Manager, focusing on Central Planning and Inventory Management. Their journey includes leadership experience as a Team Leader at Norbev LTD from 2009 to 2014. Mark is currently pursuing education at Northern Regional College.
