Mark Morgan

Mark Morgan is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and architecture. They began their career as a software developer at Tucows and later contributed to various companies, including BBC, Amazon, and Facebook. At Amazon, Mark excelled as a Senior Software Development Engineer and then transitioned to a Software Development Manager, where they enhanced customer engagement strategies. Most recently, as a Senior Engineering Manager at Deliveroo, they implemented process changes to improve project delivery and led initiatives to enhance incident management. Mark holds a degree in Pharmaceutical/Food Chemistry from Durham College.
