Marty Kuhl

Marty Kuhl is currently the Safety Director for Employee Safety Experience at Amazon, focusing on building scalable technology and program solutions to enhance the wellbeing of Associates and reduce global MSD-related injuries. Prior to this role, Marty held various leadership positions in the US Navy, including Squadron Operations Officer and Submarine Executive Officer, where they planned and executed operations for multiple submarines. Marty also served as Director of Working Well at Amazon, overseeing the growth of Associate wellness programs across North America, Europe, and Emerging Countries. Marty earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Washington and an MBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
