Mashhour Solh

Mashhour Solh is a Principal Applied Scientist with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. At Amazon, Mashhour led cutting-edge research in large language models and generative AI to transform the shopping experience, while also overseeing technology roadmap development for AI and machine learning in the camera and sensors technology organization. Mashhour further advanced machine learning architectures for multimodal sensor fusion at Amazon Lab126. As an Adjunct Faculty member at San Jose State University, instruction was provided in a graduate-level course focusing on practical computer vision. Previous roles include serving as Head of Computer Vision & Sensor Fusion at Plato Systems and co-founding FitLens, where leadership was shown in building a comprehensive engineering team.
