Mateusz Lukasik

Mateusz (Matt) Lukasik is an experienced professional in corporate development and investment management, currently serving in a strategic role at Amazon focused on investments and M&A across Europe since September 2025. Prior to this, Matt was a Partner at OTB Ventures, where leadership involved investing in deep tech sectors. Experience at Prosus Group as a Director included managing significant growth-stage investments and M&A activities. At Expedia Group, Matt contributed to scaling a new product category, while earlier roles at Bain & Company and J.P. Morgan involved consulting and investment banking in private equity and M&A. Matt holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master's degree in Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, along with further studies at Stanford University and Singapore Management University.
