Matt Catanzaro is a senior finance leader with extensive experience in the retail and consumer products industries, having held significant roles in multi-billion dollar organizations. They served as Executive Director of Finance at Avon from 2009 to 2013 and Finance Manager at Unilever from 1998 to 2008. Currently, Matt holds the position of Finance Director for Worldwide Customer Service at Amazon, previously managing several other finance departments within the company. In addition to their professional experience, Matt is pursuing a BA in Economics and English Literature at Colgate University and an MBA in General Management at Columbia Business School.
