Matthew Cournoyer

Matthew Cournoyer, MBA, is a veteran and experienced operations leader currently serving as an Operations Manager at Amazon. Previously, they held roles as an Area Manager overseeing logistics operations at Amazon, where they implemented safety protocols and drove cost improvements. Before their tenure in the corporate world, Matthew served as an Aviation Operations Specialist in the US Army, where they established critical operational functions and trained new soldiers. They also worked as a Hearing Aid Specialist, providing patient care across multiple locations in North Carolina, and were an active board member at Augsburg Lutheran Church, contributing to the congregation's mission. Matthew holds an MBA in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University.
