Matthew Rawlings

Matthew Rawlings is a Regional Director of Operations at Amazon, bringing over 16 years of management and leadership experience, particularly in fulfillment, technology implementation, and transportation. Previously, they served as an Assistant Professor of Military Science at the University of Louisville, where they shaped leadership curricula for Army officer candidates. Rawlings has also held various roles in the U.S. Army, including Major and Assistant Team Chief during their service in Iraq, where they developed a combat-ready Iraqi National Police force. They hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from The University of Texas at El Paso and a Bachelor’s degree in Military Science and Police Administration from Eastern Kentucky University.
