Matthew Scharek

Matthew Scharek has a diverse background in retail management, with experience spanning over two decades. Starting as a Merchandising Assistant at JCPenney, Matthew progressed to Regional Manager at REEDS Jewelers, overseeing operations across Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia, and leading a team of 12 store managers and over 75 sales professionals. From April 2010 to September 2014, Matthew served as Store Team Leader at Target, where responsibilities included managing a large team and supporting significant annual sales. Since December 2014, Matthew has held the position of General Manager for Multi Site Operations at Amazon. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Towson University, graduated in 2005.
