Matthew Wilkins is a senior manager in product management technology, currently leading a team as the Head of Product in the Employee Experience & Relations organization at Amazon. A biomedical engineer by training, Matthew co-founded a social enterprise that developed sustainable bamboo bicycles and was recognized as an Emerging Global Entrepreneur by the White House. Previously, Matthew held positions at Motivate and Lyft, where they focused on electric bike product management. Matthew also served as a Dean's Fellow at George Washington University, fostering international study opportunities for engineering students and teaching innovative engineering courses. They are currently pursuing both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at The George Washington University.
