Max Carsen

Max Carsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical program management and software engineering. Carsen has held roles at prominent organizations, including serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager and Technical Program Manager at the United States Department of Defense and Amazon, respectively.
