Previously, Max held roles as Chief Executive Officer at Aedis Partners and Kingsland, where they led strategy consultancy and developed an AI fintech startup, respectively. Max also worked as Commercial Director at HCSDA, creating fair trade networks to support African agricultural exports. They possess an extensive academic background with multiple degrees, including a PhD in International Relations and an MBA from INSEAD.
